Our Electric Power for alarm monitoring is backed up by a pair of 85kw generators (backing each other up) and a 40kw Liebert Series 300 UPS. Our alarm monitoring software and services are protected from power outages that leave other companies in the dark. Alarm Monitoring Software & Data Back Up.

With new accounts going online nearly every minute, the need for backing up alarm monitoring data is imperative. Our alarm monitoring software systems automatically back up the changes to the database (via Log Shipping) every 15 mins, then again to an OFFSITE location every 30 mins.

In addition to these regularly scheduled backups, all alarm monitoring history is backed up to CD ROM every 3 months.
